2. Has the individual been an ACTIVE member and attended meetings and group functions? HAIP has a membership meeting/function each month.
3. Has the individual participated on a State, Regional or National Level? (List Activities)
4. Has the individual completed educational courses and earned a designation? (List Courses & Designation)
5. Has the individual been involved with non-NAIW industry Association and/or Community Affairs? (List details)
6. Has not been a past recipient of this award or current President of HAIP.
ROOKIE OF THE YEAR - NOMINATIONS DUE 2/24/2012
This award was initiated during the 1977-1978 fiscal year. The purpose of the award is to recognize the accomplishments of a new member who has made significant contributions to IAIP within the first 24-months of joining the association. It recognizes:
- participation in association affairs;
- completion of selected insurance courses; and
- involvement in governmental activities.

Education Award and are looking forward to your continued support in the
coming year. Remember to keep all of your educational documents -
certificates of completion, congratulations letters, publications you
submit, course flyers too.
We will await the results of this
year's submission, which will be awarded at the 2012 Region VIII
Conference this April in Honolulu, Hawaii.
