The Honolulu Association of Insurance Professionals (HAIP) has been approved as a Provider by the Hawaii State Insurance Division (#207691) and is offering the following classes.  The cost for each course is shown on the course schedule.


Financial assistance is available for NAIW Members who are in good standing with the association. Should you need assistance you may request more information from our
Education Chairperson.


The following courses have been approved by the Hawaii Insurance Division for continuing education credit.  Refer to the specific class webpage for course details.

  • INS 21 - Property & Liability Insurance Principles
    (22 CE Credits - must attend at least 10 classes and pass the national exam)

  • INS 22 - Personal Liability
    (20 CE Credits - must attend at least 10 classes and pass the national exam)

  • INS 23 - Commercial Lines
    (19 CE Credits - must attend at least 10 classes and pass the national exam)

  • Intro to Claims
    (20 CE Credits - must attend all classes and pass the national exam)

  • Intro to Workers Compensation
    (20 CE Credits - must attend all classes and pass the national exam)

  • ARM 54 - Essentials of Risk Management
    (28 CE Credits - must attend at least 10 classes and pass the national exam)

  • ARM 55 - Essentials of Risk Control
    (28 CE Credits - must attend at least 10 classes and pass the national exam)

  • ARM 56 - Risk Financing
    (26 CE Credits - must attend at least 10 classes and pass the national exam)

  • Underwriting for Non-Underwriters
    (6 CE Credits - must attend all classes, no exam)
